Kam Kiu's stat-of-the-art U-shape anodizing line is the best brite-dip facility in China. The chemical polishing involves of 3 types of acids such as phosphoric, acetic & nitric acids. It also names as "R5 brite-dip process" or "Bright anodizing process".

     

With the buffing (mechanical polishing) capability of Kam Kiu, plus hot sealing finishing, our products has a mirror like surface that is very shiny, glossy, durable and corrosion resistant.

We can also produce short length components as hinges and handles for shower door by using our small hanging rack type of anodizing. Kam Kiu has unique, tailor made continuous buffing machine, that can buff over 1500MT (33 mil. lbs) a month.
